We got to have the kids stay with us on Christmas Eve. It was really fun to have little ones in the house on Christmas morning!
Christmas morning! They slept in grammy & pop's room! Good thing because all four of us were coughing most of the night! Heidi & Shawn were in the guest room at the other end of the house! Lucky dogs!
Our tree looked really sad for a week until the kids came! They did a good job, don't you think?
This is one shot of our decos....kinda sad but we left all of our stuff in ID so we are starting over! The only things we kept were the deer...... So we are slowly getting our stash build back up.
The picture of the kids playing outside on Christmas day is my big picture above. They were all three outside in their matching pjs playing with the old Tonka trucks and digging in the dirt and having a ball!
With all their lovely new toys in the front room! Go figure.
It was sure fun - even if I was sick.... we had a big brunch with the girls and their families after the gifts were open and Brie and Chris came too! (thanks guys, you are always welcome here!)
It was so nice to have family around.
